Passionate Collectors and 25 Years of Jonathan Green features art work from The Barbara Burgess and John Dinkelspiel Collection of Southern Art, which is part of the Art Museum's Permanent Collection. Barbara Burgess and John Dinkelspiel are a retired Boston professional couple who settled in the Lowcountry in 1996, fell in love with the region's art and culture and began their collection with the work of native South Carolinian Jonathan Green. The complete collection contains 53 works -21 of which are by Jonathan Green- of a wide variety of styles, subjects and media. Other notable Southern artists whose works are in the collection include William H. Clarke, James Denmark and Corrie Parker McCallum.

Admission is free, but donations are appreciated.
